23rd Veteran's Nearly Naked Ruck March, Duluth, May 21st, 2022!!
What is a ruck? A traditional military exercise carrying a weighted backpack over distance
- Raise money to help local veterans and military living with trauma live happier and healthier lives
- It costs $7,000 to send one veteran through our life-changing 14-week program (23V Recon) - we send 12 veterans in each group
- Ruckers carry weight on their backs to represent the weight many service members carry in the battle against trauma
- Expect a high-energy course full of loud music and patriotism!
- 1 mile loop - full distance for the course is 10 miles/10 loops
- Water Stop every half-mile with music + friendly volunteers cheering
- All ruckers receive a finisher's coin
- Ruckers that complete the 10 miles receive an ALL THE WAY patch
- Family and stroller-friendly
- Dogs are welcome and will also have a water stop on-course
