Grace Hospice

Grace Hospice has been developed through a partnership with Augustana Care (now Cassia) and Mount Olivet Church. These organizations have a long history of quality care, have rich blessings of volunteers, and provide service to those in physical, emotional, or spiritual need.

Fostering peace and grace, we emotionally and spiritually support the patient and their loved ones while on the hospice journey.  We as an interdisciplinary team encircle them offering comfort, honesty and respect for their decisions.
