What We Do
We are a continuum of living choice for 62 yrs. + our communities consist of Catholic Eldercare by Day, Adult Day Programming, River Village East and Main Street Lodge Assisted Living apartment rentals, Albert J. Hofstede, Skilled Nursing Center, Catholic Eldercare Transitional Care, Rehabilitation Services and River Village North and Wyndris, independent living apartment rentals.
