WEE Farm

Who We Are

WEE Farm is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing Wellness and Education for Everyone through meaningful connections with animals, agriculture, nature, and hands-on learning experiences. Located just outside the Twin Cities in Savage, Minnesota, WEE Farm creates an inclusive environment where youth, families, schools, and community members can learn, grow, and heal together.

Founded by an educator and researcher with a background in trauma-informed education, WEE Farm was created to bridge agricultural education, STEM learning, and therapeutic animal interactions. The farm offers a variety of programs including educational field trips, camps, equine-assisted facilitation, multicultural farm-to-table learning experiences, gardening programs, and community wellness events.

At the heart of WEE Farm is the belief that experiences with animals, outdoor learning, and agriculture can foster resilience, confidence, emotional wellness, and a deeper sense of connection. WEE Farm serves diverse populations across the Twin Cities area, with a focus on creating accessible, welcoming opportunities for all learners and families.

What We Do

WEE Farm combines: Animal-assisted educational experiences STEM and agricultural learning Social-emotional wellness programming Equine-assisted facilitation Outdoor experiential learning Multicultural gardening and farm-to-table education.

WEE Farm especially focuses on serving youth and families who benefit from supportive, nature-based environments, including students experiencing stress, trauma, anxiety, or barriers to traditional learning settings. Through hands-on experiences with horses, livestock, gardens, and outdoor spaces, participants build confidence, empathy, executive functioning skills, and a stronger sense of belonging.

At its core, WEE Farm is a place where education, agriculture, wellness, and community come together to create transformative experiences for people of all ages and backgrounds.
