Towerside Innovation District

Towerside Innovation District is a collaboration of public and private partners aiming to transform a 370-acre district at the heart of the Twin Cities into an equitable and restorative demonstration of 21st-century urban redevelopment.

The organization seeks to create a high-intensity, high-density mix of places and spaces where working, living, and innovation converge in an equitable, diverse, and sustainable community. We achieve this through the planning and implementation of district-wide systems for net zero energy, stormwater management, mobility, and interconnected public spaces.
