InspireMSP

InspireMSP’s mission is to connect the power of imagination with the practice of exploration to create boundless opportunities that change lives and communities. Minnesota has one of the strongest creative economies in the nation but employs less than half the national average of BIPOC people within its workforce. Research shows that this disparity is caused by a lack of equitable access to creative workforce inspiration, opportunities to explore and engage with creative experiences, and that students who have arts-rich experiences are more likely to succeed. InspireMSP was founded in 2021 to address this disparity, and to provide access for youth of color to engage with experiences and professionals across the creative industries.
