Community Bridge

Community Bridge is a community building agency incorporated as a 501 c (3) that operates at the Center For Changing Lives in Minneapolis MN providing: free bimonthly food shelf and special holiday baskets, free weekly community meals, delivered prepared meals, job training, mentoring and volunteer opportunities, and hospitality through our catering services. Our main events are intentionally around meals to help create an ambiance for conversations that enhance community building and community connections. We are strong supporters of the Partners in Prevention clinic that provides services in our building.
