The CREW Urban Youth Equestrians is a 501(c)3 nonprofit founded in 2021. We provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where BIPOC* youth in St. Paul & Minneapolis, Minnesota discover confidence and power in themselves through horses. *We use the term “BIPOC” for those who identify as Black, Indigenous or a Person of Color. We acknowledge that BIPOC is an umbrella term, and not how many in our communities would identify themselves. We encourage and respect each person’s right to identify their nationality and gender.
