We support nonprofits in the Twin Cities, Washington DC, Philadelphia, and Chicago. Since 2001, Compass has connected more than 4,500 business professionals with 800+ nonprofits to complete 1,100+ projects, providing over $119+ million in pro bono consulting services.

Compass provides pro bono consulting to other nonprofits, engaging teams of volunteer business professionals to deliver the projects. 

We assemble volunteer teams of business professionals from various sectors and match them with local nonprofits that require strategic consulting services. To do this, we: 1. Carefully evaluate nonprofit requests to ensure their needs and capacity match our services. 2. Recruit and train talented volunteers from companies, university alumni networks, law firms, consulting firms, and other organizations and sectors. 3. Create teams that align with nonprofits’ needs  4. Provide high-quality, personal, and targeted multi- month pro bono consulting engagements to local nonprofits seeking to increase their impact.
