Northwest Family Services Center site includes: Osseo Area Schools Enrollment Center and Adult Basic Education Program, CEAP – Community Emergency Assistance Program and Hennepin County Health and Human Services. Osseo Area Schools program provide Pre-school through 12th grade education options for youth at the Enrollment Center and Education classes for adults seeking to learn English and/or academic subjects such as: Reading, writing, math, sciences, and other subject areas related to obtaining a High School diploma or its' equivalent. Hennepin County offers: Medical Assistance/MNSURE, Food Support, Cash Assistance, Emergency Assistance, Day Care Assistance and Shelter to individuals and families that are residents of Hennepin County.
