Organization’s Challenge:
Fox Valley Data Exchange (FVDEX) is seeking support for a key messaging project. Their service area recently increased from 3 to 11 counties in northeast Wisconsin, and they are planning to host a full-day community gathering on October 20 to share current work and ways to engage moving forward. This event will be open to a variety of stakeholders, including funders, nonprofits, and health care organizations. The event is an opportunity for FVDEX to highlight stories of the work being done and expand awareness around how the data collected is making an impact. FVDEX would benefit from the development of key messaging to engage the eight new counties, both at this event and ongoing. Establishing their call to action and clear value proposition will help them both in the immediate future with event promotion and long-term in connecting with stakeholders once the event is done. With key messaging expertise, FVDEX will be able to articulate their brand, reach new audiences, and strengthen existing relationships across their range of stakeholders.

This spot is for the Project Lead Role - Project Leads help facilitate the meetings, guiding the team through the agendas, keeping folks on task and conversation flowing, inclusive of all voices. Project leads do not need to have expertise in all aspects of the challenge but rather have strong leadership and facilitation skills. They will also help schedule the scoping call.
