Breaking Free is calling on passionate individuals to join our team in organizing donations that play a vital role in supporting our mission. We're seeking volunteers who can dedicate some time during business hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) to assist us in sorting, categorizing, and managing the generous contributions we receive.

Volunteer Responsibilities:

Sorting and organizing donated items Categorizing items for easier distribution Checking the condition of donations and ensuring they meet our standards Collaborating with our team to create an efficient and welcoming donation space

Flexible Timing: Volunteers can choose the dates and times that suit their schedule within our business hours. Whether you have a few hours a week or a full day to spare, your time makes a meaningful impact.

3. Individualized Volunteer Opportunities:

Skills-Based Volunteering: Utilize your unique skills, such as graphic design, legal expertise, or counseling, to support our programs. Translation Services: Help bridge language barriers for survivors.

4. Housekeeping Needs:

Landscaping/Yard Work: Help maintain our facilities. Snow Removal: Assist with keeping our spaces safe during winter. Organizing/Restocking: Ensure our resources are well-organized and accessible.

5. Meal Services:

Meal Serving: Volunteer to serve meals during designated times. Meal Donors: Provide meals for our clients and staff.

6. Supervised Play:

Childcare Services: Offer a safe and nurturing environment for children while their caregivers attend support programs.

Event Volunteers: Assist in planning and executing special events and fundraisers.
