Volunteer: Volunteer Drivers Needed for Theater Events in the Twin Cities
Join Project Success in Our Mission to Bring the Magic of Theater to Students and Families Across the Twin Cities!
Project Success has teamed up with over 50 Twin Cities theater partners who donate tickets and help us coordinate trips to the theater for students, families, and teachers. Our Volunteer Drivers play a crucial role in increasing access to these amazing theater opportunities. Read below to learn more about this exciting opportunity, the incredible benefits of volunteering, and how you can join our dedicated volunteer team. Driver – Theater Experiences Project Success offers theater experiences at no cost to students and their families on evenings and weekends and provides transportation for those who need it with the help of volunteer drivers. As a driver, you will use your own vehicle to pick up students and families from their homes, accompany them to the theater, share in the joy of the performance, and safely transport them back home afterward. Drivers have the flexibility to choose which theater events they can support each month, and as a token of our appreciation, will receive two complementary tickets for each selected event. Are You Passionate About Working with Kids and Making a Positive Impact on Their Lives? Are You Looking to Create Meaningful Change Within the Twin Cities Community? Look No Further! Project Success Is Seeking Dedicated Volunteers to Join Us at the Project Success Institute as Certificate Coaches!
The Project Success Institute is committed to empowering high school students by providing them with unique opportunities to explore new experiences, develop life skills, and discover exciting career paths through our certificate programs. We offer free classes to all MPS high school students in subjects including bike tech, money management, baking, and coding. As a volunteer coach for the Institute, you will play a crucial role in guiding and mentoring students on their journey of self-discovery. Your primary responsibilities will include facilitating conversations, asking thought-provoking questions, and actively engaging with students to drive their learning and interest. You will also have the opportunity to share your own real-life experiences, providing valuable insights and inspiration. Previous experience in the subject is NOT necessary to be a coach at the Institute. We believe that anyone with a passion for motivating young minds and a desire to learn will be an excellent coach.
