One - three volunteer(s) bring the fun and plan + lead an enrichment activity for the children at the Nursery! Activities can include indoor or outdoor (weather permitting) games or sports, music, creative movement, arts & crafts, story time and more.

Volunteers must be 12 years of age or older. Volunteers who are 17 years of age and younger must be accompanied by an adult age 21 or older.

Time Commitment: Approximately 1 hour, plus prep time

Enrichment activities occur three times daily: at 9:00 am - 10:00 am, 10:30 am - 11:30 am, and 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm.

Individuals and groups of up to six volunteers cook on site and serve a meal + a snack to the children at the Crisis Nursery. Consider bringing your partner, your book club, your neighbors, or your sports team in to the Nursery for this wonderful community engagement opportunity!

Serve meals to Minnesotans living with HIV! The Aliveness Project's kitchen in South Minneapolis serves a hot meal every weekday from 12pm-3pm. You can volunteer weekly, every-other week, or as an occasional fill-in volunteer. Cooking skills not required. Volunteers primarily greet members, serve food, wipe down the tables, and help with dishes.

A bonus is that we feed you! Volunteers are an important part of Aliveness and fully invited to eat with the community. The food is all made in-house from scratch.

Volunteers are vital to the success of our day-to-day programs and it’s a great way to make connections in the community. The Food Shelf is based on a shopping model that allows Aliveness members to choose groceries based on individual dietary needs and preferences. Members can shop for up to 60 pounds of groceries with each visit, including meat, dairy, and fresh produce. 

Volunteers work with staff and members to stock shelves, unload donation deliveries, weigh carts and load member's carts..

Collect spices to donate to the Brian Coyle Center food shelf in Cedar Riverside or the Waite House food shelf in the Phillips neighborhood.

Our Waite House neighbors have told us they wish they could get cumin, cloves, onion, garlic, cilantro, oregano, and mint to prepare nutritious and delicious food for their families. Our Brian Coyle neighbors cook with:  salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, cumin seed, curry powder, turmeric. 

Food that tastes "like home" nourishes the body and the soul.

Join us as a volunteer at Open Farms! No matter your experience level, we would love your help growing delicious organic produce to nourish our neighbors. Volunteers can expect to take part in all aspects of work on our urban farms. This includes composting, forming beds, seeding crops, planting seedlings, mulching, weeding, and harvesting. Work varies based on the time of year.

Farm shifts are 2 hours long, and locations/times vary each day. Please dress for the weather and wear sturdy footwear. Bring what you need to be comfortable working outdoors (hat, sunscreen, snack.) Bring your own water bottle. We provide clean cloves and tools.

Fluent Spanish speakers are needed to help interpret for Spanish-speaking clients which currently represent a majority of our client base. 

Specific tasks include:

--greeting;

--helping new clients fill out registration forms;

--directing new clients through the process of receiving food. 

Volunteers shifts are from 9:30am  to 12:30pm or 12:30pm to 3:00pm.  The majority of our clients arrive during the morning shift, but numbers are increasing in the afternoon as well.

The Minnehaha Food Shelf has experienced tremendous growth in our client base.  We need additional volunteers to help support our greeting and food distribution activities.

Specific tasks include:

--greeting the clients;

--assisting with registration;

--directing clients through the food distribution process;

--re-stocking available food items. 

There are two shifts for these tasks every Tuesday, from 9:30am to 12:30pm and from 12:30 to 3:00pm.

Partner with us to provide food for those in need by preparing food that is distributed for use at congregate sites and schools. Meals are prepared at the Center for Changing Lives, 2400 Park Avenue, South Minneapolis. Precautions are taken to protect both volunteers and people receiving food.

Life Haven provides short term transitional housing to teen moms (ages 16-17) who are experiencing homelessness and their children. The program provides a friendly, safe place where young moms can move out of survival mode and begin to work on a plan that will lead them toward stability for themselves and  their  children. 

Meals are needed that can feed 6 adults for brunch and contains a  main dish,  a side dish, and some kind of veggies.  Milk or juice, fruit, and dessert are also much appreciated.

Quiche or frittata with fruit on the side

Meals are needed that are completely prepared when dropped off with only re-heating necessary.

Volunteers are needed to prepare dinners for youth (ages 16-20) staying at our Lutheran Social Service (LSS) Metro Homeless Youth SafeHouse Emergency shelter in Saint Paul. At SafeHouse staff and youth work one on one to create individualized plans towards stability, independence, and a bright future.

We are currently in need of donations of meals prepared off- site and then delivered to Safe House for the month of September and onward. This is a great opportunity to involve the whole family and to teach children about meal planning, nutrition and giving back to others.

Aging Services is looking for volunteers to help older adults remain living in their home. Our doorstep volunteers help pick up food from our food shelves and deliver it to our clients homes.

Aging Services cover the following counties: Chisago/Isanti, Kanabec, Pine and Mille Lacs.

Family Pathways programs are supported, in part, by the Federal Older Americans Act via contract with Central Minnesota Council on Aging under an Area Plan approved by the MN Board on Aging; by Minnesota Department of Human Services, local donors, cost share contributions, and our Family Pathways Thrift Stores.

Every year, Catholic Charities serves over one million healthy meals and snacks and provides supplies to nearly 20,000 people most in need in our community. At the Catholic Charities Distribution Center (CCDC), we receive large donations of food and other new and unused clothing and household, personal care and supplies that are distributed to our client programs and 11 food service sites throughout the Twin Cities.

Support our sustainability education team at schools across the Twin Cities! Our sustainability educators lead innovative, hands-on programming relating to STEM, sustainability, and urban agriculture in 15 area schools. Lend a helping hand while our youth conduct experiments, care for aquaponics systems, and more! Experience in education or working with youth is preferred. 

The Adopt-a-Highway Program looks for volunteers to collect litter along designated segments of County highways to help keep roadsides clean. Coordination of the program and supplies (safety vests, trash bags and training) are provided by the Dakota County Transportation Department.

Getting Started

Individuals or groups commit to cleaning up their designated roadway segment as a onetime commitment or more. To apply, fill out a volunteer application and we will review the section of road desired to make sure it is open for adoption. Once your application clears, your group is ready to go!

The Transportation Department maintenance crew will pick up and dispose of filled bags and other debris, left at the side of the road.

Free Recognition Signs

Individuals or groups agreeing to contribute time to clean up the roadway twice a year (spring & fall) for a minimum of two years, will receive a 24” by 30” recognition signs, installed free for their contribution. One recognition sign is placed for a minimum one mile commitment. Two signs are placed for a minimum two miles or more commitment.

The Opportunity
Supper Club is one of our longest-running programs. Individuals, pairs, or small groups (max 4 people) prepare, serve, share, and clean up after the evening meal for 4 neighbors living in one of our South Minneapolis community care homes. More important than the meal itself, they offer companionship and community. If you like to cook, eat, and/or build community, come join the Supper Club!

Note: if possible, we ask Supper Club volunteers to commit to a regular shift at their designated care home (at least monthly), which helps deepen relationship and strengthen community.

The Alliance for the Great Lakes is a nonpartisan nonprofit working across the Great Lakes region to protect our most precious resource: the fresh, clean, and natural waters of the Great Lakes. We are active in advocacy, volunteering, education, and research. One of the ways to advance our efforts is by becoming an Alliance Ambassador.  

Alliance Ambassadors 

We give Ambassadors training about the Great Lakes and how best to advocate to protect them. Virtual meetings are held throughout the year where Ambassadors can learn from experts about Great Lakes topics like plastic pollution, invasive species, and water infrastructure. We also help Ambassadors build skills like public speaking and tabling. 

As an Ambassador, you will have many opportunities to take action for the lakes:

Help your Clare Housing neighbors deepen their confidence, self-expression, and pride by offering your personal care services for a few hours! If you are licensed to cut and style hair, provide nail treatments, or offer other salon services, we would be ecstatic to hear from you.

Our residents have often experienced systemic and individual harm and discrimination, so it is our goal to provide them with environments and programs that feel dignifying, welcoming, destigmatizing, supportive, humanizing, and compassionate. This goal is not achievable without the partnership of neighbors and friends from the broader community (such as you!).

The Opportunity

While dining at a restaurant or getting take-out can be a fun treat, there is nothing quite like a home-cooked meal that brings up sweet memories or connects us to familial and cultural heritage. As many have said, it often contains a special ingredient: love!

If you enjoy food and believe in its power to connect (even if you don’t consider yourself a gourmet cook), we invite you to prepare a meal for those in our Community Care Homes! Each home houses 4 residents and is staffed around the clock by 1-2 caregivers. While the caregivers often prepare meals for the house, it’s a relief for them to simply be able to pull something out of the fridge or freezer and heat it up when days get unexpectedly busy.

You can prepare a meal for 4-6 folks at home, drop it off at your convenience, and savor the sweetness of knowing that your meal will provide nutrition, comfort, and wellbeing for your neighbors.

Note: we welcome one-time volunteers for this opportunity, as well as those who can make an ongoing commitment (monthly, weekly, biweekly, etc.)

The Opportunity

It’s sometimes the little things that help you feel at home after a move: eating from a favorite bowl, sipping a warm cup of coffee in the morning, or dancing in a freshly-cleaned living space.

Folks often move in to Clare Housing with some personal items, but not all they need to set up their new homes. While we can connect them to furniture, we invite our community to welcome new residents by providing some other household essentials.

The Opportunity
Residents in our Scattered Site program receive a rental subsidy and live independently in homes throughout the Twin Cities Metro area. The program provides a high amount of dignified choice and independence, which sometimes means folks move to communities that are not conveniently located to resources in the city centers (food shelves, county offices, etc.).

In particular, we have many participants who are members of The Aliveness Project, a partner organization serving neighbors living with HIV. Aliveness runs an excellent, high-quality food shelf in South Minneapolis, which some of our participants aren’t easily able to get to.

Who We Are
Clare Housing is a Minneapolis-based non-profit agency that provides affordable housing with services to 300 neighbors living with HIV/ AIDS. Those who live with us have often experienced systemic and individual harm and discrimination, so we commit to ensuring that living at Clare Housing feels healing, empowering, dignifying, and connective. This goal is not achievable without the partnership of neighbors and friends from the broader community (such as you!).

The Opportunity
Residents in our Scattered Site program receive a rental subsidy and live independently in homes throughout the Twin Cities Metro area, with ongoing support available from a Clare Housing Case Manager. The program provides a high amount of dignified choice and independence, and, without the on-site staff and events that exist at our apartment buildings, some of these residents may not feel as connected to the communities they live in. That’s where our Bridge-builders come in!

By serving with us as a Bridge-builder, you will have the opportunity to connect with a neighbor you may not have otherwise met! What you all do together is up to you - chat over coffee at their home, go out to see a movie, cook and share a meal together, or take a walk around a local park. It’s up to you both!

Our Bridge-builders play a crucial role in expanding these residents’ sense of belonging and connection to their neighborhoods and help feed an environment and culture where neighbors show up for each other, learn from each other, and build bridges across varied life experiences.

The Master Water Stewards program certifies and supports community leaders to protect and improve the health of MN's water. Wherever you live, you can join over 250 Master Water Steward volunteers and work in our own community to contribute to the millions of gallons of polluted stormwater that stewards are keeping out of our lakes and rivers each year.

Everything on city streets flows to our water- bacteria, salt, litter, sediment, fertilizer. Each year, more polluted runoff reach our lakes and rivers faster, causing flooding downstream. Pollutants are not being filtered or broken down by passing through the soil, making water dirtier.

Padoc Area Scholars Society is a college scholarship program that changes the life trajectories of youth living in South Sudan, the poorest country in the world. Without our scholarships these youth have no where else to turn to in order to afford college. Our non-profit organization began in the fall of 2021 and our 100% volunteer staff and our donors have made it possible for more than 100 youth to begin college! We are in need of administrative support, such as, reviewing scholarship applications, emailing applicants, and posting applicant information to our website. We would also welcome assistance with fundraising or marketing if you have an interest in those areas.

A Life Mentor at The Redemption Project provides support and guidance to a currently incarcerated person. Communication with a student begins as they are about halfway through our Virtues For Success class. You would continue to communicate and mentor them through reentering into the community and for about one year after release.

Newport Library is a volunteer run library in the small river City of Newport, MN. This quaint community just southeast of St. Paul is one of the oldest communities in the Twin Cities Metro. The city boasts a 132-year-old Library. We invite you to become a part of this beautiful legacy of literacy and community support by becoming a Volunteer in our beautiful little library. 

Library Volunteers assist patrons with item check-out, computer use, scanning, printing, laminating, and most importantly being a resource. Volunteers are the heart of this lovely space. No prior library experience is necessary. Volunteers must be 18 years of age or older and willing to work alone. The primary job of the Volunteer is to be a friendly face.  Because we work with children and vulnerable adults, Volunteers must pass a background check including fingerprinting. The reward of serving this beautiful community is worth the process. 

This particular shift is an important time, as many of our school age patrons visit the library during this shift. The perfect candidate likes working with children and is willing to tutor them in elementary reading.

Enjoy some fresh air and sunshine while helping older adults keep their lawn looking great! This service also provides social interaction and offers peace of mind for loved ones and caregivers.

This is a seasonal commitment (generally May - November) and volunteers are expected to mow the lawn every 7-10 days (depending upon weather conditions), including basic trimming as needed.

- At least 16 years old
- Physically able to do the work (lift 20+ pounds, bend, stretch, etc.)

FamilyMeans helps provide summer programing and supervision to youth in the low-income communities of Landfall and Cimarron. These programs help give these youth experiences and educational opportunities that they may not get otherwise.

FamilyMeans is looking for volunteers to help assist our staff in providing a safe and educational environment for youth to grow. Assisting our staff includes helping supervise youth participants, helping staff set up and run activities and helping with other tasks.

We are currently looking for volunteers who would be willing to help at our Landfall Investigation Station. Which for youth, K-5th grade. The programming is 11 through 2:30 Monday-Friday but does not include Wednesdays. Volunteers do not need to commit to every day for the whole time, but we do ask for a consistent schedule if possible.

SACA's thrift store provides clothing and household essentials at an affordable price to the community. SACA’s thrift store is 100% run by volunteers, which means that 100% of thrift store purchases go towards feeding the community.

In 2024 the Minnesota Guitar Society celebrates 40 years as an organization. Our mission is to promote the guitar in all its stylistic and cultural diversity through sponsorship of public forums, concerts, and workshops; and serve as an educational link between the community and amateur and professional guitarists of all ages.

A Gilda Greeter is often the first person someone with cancer or their family members talks to at Gilda's Club Minnesota. They are the first impression of our program. Gilda Greeters welcome members into the clubhouse, manage light administrative tasks, tidy the clubhouse, and occasionally do other tasks.

These positions have shifts scheduled for Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. The shifts are released in 12-week periods, coinciding with each new calendar period (January-March, April-June, July-September, October-December).

Greeters can start at any time during each period.

Take a tour of the community in SACA’s 14’ Box Truck while you pick up and deliver food rescue from our store partners (Cub, Target, Trader Joes and more). Ideally you would be able to lift 40 pounds. We have shifts available Monday - Thursday 6:00am to 10:30am.

Duties:

Food insecurity is a crisis in our community and it has been accelerated by cost of living increases. An incredible 1 in 8 of our neighbors are in danger of going hungry. SACA needs weekly volunteers to help support our neighbors who depend on these services. Your dedication of time means the world to us and to the people we serve. We are in need of weekly volunteers Monday to Thursday who can commit to 2-4 hours to help in the food market, warehouse, thrift story and intake.

SACA Food Shelf gives out groceries to residents who face food insecurity and who need help stretching their tight food budgets at home. Food is distributed weekly Monday 9am-4:00pm, Tuesday 8am - 4:00pm, Wednesday 10am - 6:00pm and Thursday 8am - 3:00pm.

Food market volunteers provide basic support services, including stocking shelves and helping clients shop for food, clean up, and other tasks required for service. Volunteers may assist one day or make a regular commitment depending on their schedule. Special opportunities for translation are needed, especially for Spanish speakers.

● Help clients shop in the food market
● At times, prepare food boxes for distribution to clients

Join Free Bikes 4 Kidz MN for a unique opportunity to refurbish gently used bikes and distribute them to communities who need them. Every year we collect thousands of bikes that we dust off, clean up and fix. Because of the work of our amazing volunteers, we expect to give away almost 15,000 bikes this year all while adhering to Covid protocols.

Volunteer shifts are a minimum of 3 hours and run Tuesday through Saturday this year.

Warehouse Job Descriptions: 

Cleaner: Clean, shine, and scrub bikes. No bike maintenance skills necessary.

Prepper: Must have experience changing tires and tubes, replace seats, pedals and grips. 

Mechanic: Must have experience adjusting bottom brackets and derailleurs, truing wheels, fixing brakes etc.

Mover: Must be able to walk for extended periods of time and lift bikes of all sizes (15-50 pounds). No bike maintenance skills necessary. 

She Climbs Mountains is looking for passionate professionals with a range of backgrounds, skills, and interests to join our various committees (fundraising, marketing, events, finance). Mount Olivet Day Services (MODS) is an adult day program offering respite care to seniors where everyone can socialize and enjoy planned activities in a safe group setting. This provides family caregivers a much-needed break, enabling loved ones to be cared for at home for a longer period of time.

Who doesn’t love Bingo?! It is an absolute favorite activity for our clients, and we are always in need of prizes for those who win! We would love if you or your work team is able to gather new socks, t-shirts of different sizes, puzzle books (word searches, crosswords), coloring books and colored pencils, little gadgets, puzzles (100 pieces or less), little games, or “jewelry” for our Bingo winners! This opportunity is completely flexible. If this is a team building activity for your work place, we would be happy to come out to your office and present more about Mount Olivet Day Services and have this be a fun “event” for your team!

Are you part of a small group that is looking to help others? How about providing respite to caregivers of older adults, or caregivers to those with disabilities? By doing this you are giving these caregivers, who often put their wellbeing on hold, a break. Your group would be providing companionship to the care receiver by exploring mutual interests whether that’s building puzzles, playing games, watching movies etc. During this time the caregiver can do what they need to do. Volunteers are not expected to, nor should they be asked to help the clients in the bathroom, with medications or other personal tasks. Our current volunteers really like the bond they build with the families and how much of an impact they make on our clients’ lives. Everyone in your small group would go through training and, when a good match is found, meet the family. Then the small group would work together so one or two people would be with the caregiver for at least two hours every week. We have no set time for volunteers and clients to meet so you can volunteer on your schedule. We do ask for a 3-month commitment. 

Who didn’t love going on a field trip in school? Going to different sites, learning something new, and just getting the chance to get out of school. FamilyMeans Community Connection takes the fun of a field trip and applies to adults with early-stage memory loss. During a Community Connection we meet at a set location and each week explore different topics or do different activities. This gets our clients out of the house and participate in activities that are designed specifically for them. You will not be asked to drive clients you just simply have to show up at the proper location.

We need people who are willing to attend these sessions and help provide a fun and safe environment for our clients. This could mean helping to set up and clean up after activities, being a discussion guide, and helping clients participate in activities.  

We ask volunteers stay for an entire session which is 4 hours (1/2 hour before, 3 hours program and ½ hour afterward). Sessions will be weekly for 4 to 6 weeks. It would be great if a volunteer could attend every session but we don’t require it.   

Everyone deserves a night out. Unfortunately, sometimes people are too busy taking care of their spouse, parent or other connection to really do that. FamilyMeans new program will allow caregivers a night out while their care receiver enjoys a fun few hours in a safe environment.

To run this event, we are looking for volunteers ready to have some fun and like to help people. If that’s you please consider joining our Night Out Fun Crew. The Night Out Fun Crew will help care receivers participate in fun activities while providing a safe environment. Night Out will meet once a month on the 4th Tuesday of every month for 2 hours for 5:30 to 7:30. This is a great opportunity for people who work but would still like to give back to their community. Even in just that short amount of time volunteers can make a difference in caregivers’ lives.

Are you and your family looking for something you can all do together? How about providing respite to caregivers of older adults, or caregivers to those with disabilities? By doing this you are giving these caregivers, who often put their wellbeing on hold, a break. Your family would be providing companionship to the care receiver by exploring mutual interests whether that’s building puzzles, playing games, watching movies etc. During this time the caregiver can do what they need to do. Volunteers are not expected to, nor should they be asked to help the clients in the bathroom, with medications or other personal tasks. Our current volunteers really like the bond they build with the families and how much of an impact they make on our clients’ lives. It would be a great family bonding experience spending time together helping others. We have no set time for volunteers and clients to meet so you can volunteer on your schedule. We do ask for a 2 hour/week and 3-month commitment. 

CreateMPLS is dedicated to preparing students in underserved communities for rewarding careers, by removing barriers and providing accessible STEM learning programs at no cost to the students or families. We have developed K-12 introductory STEM classes with our host sites. We are also co-teaching tech classes and electives with the host sites as well as creating advanced STEM classes with local tech schools. These programs are designed with the students' experience level in mind to create something that engages and challenges students to learn more. This opportunity is for you if you are interested in supporting our LEGO robotics programming with students of all ages!

Providing foster care for a dog or a cat can be a very rewarding experience, but it has its share of responsibilities and challenges as well. Dogs and Cats come to Pet Haven through our Shelter Partners and from Crisis Owner Surrenders. While we try to gain as much information as we can on the health, behavior, and personality of each animal we bring in, there are often many unknowns. Fosters need to be willing to work within the animal’s timelines and needs, giving the animal the space to adjust to their new home and all the changes they have been through. This requires compassion, kindness, patience, and persistence. Experience with animals is helpful but not a requirement. Fostering can be an excellent way to determine if you are cut out for pet ownership, or if it is feasible to add another pet to your household.

At TreeHouse, our mission is to provide mentoring, support, and connections to teenagers in need. However, we're encountering significant challenges due to outdated infrastructure causing crashes and slowdowns, hindering our ability to connect and plan with our teams effectively.

Currently, we're facing a shortage of functional laptops compatible with Windows 11, specifically seeking up to 5 laptops such as the Elite Pro 860 or comparable models.

Hold a hand, listen with your heart, or simply hold a silent space for dying patients. Vigil volunteers provide a calming, loving presence to patients in their final days and hours of life. These special volunteers bring peace and dignity to patients who are dying alone or when family members request additional support. Vigil volunteers help complete our circle of care to ensure that patients die feeling valued, loved, and wholly supported on their journey.

Volunteers are provided free training and work flexible hours. Background check, fingerprinting, and TB testing required.

Assist Brighton's support team as they provide bereavement services to the families who have lost a loved one in our hospice program.

A bereavement volunteer sends mailings and provides telephone support to caregivers of those who have passed away in our hospice program. Callers will contact people at 1-2 months and 11-13 months following the death to offer a listening ear and to see if further follow-up is needed from our staff.

Training is provided. Calls can be made from the comfort of your own home!

Ideal candidates have:

826 MSP youth writing center is looking for volunteers with morning/daytime availability to support our Field Trips program! During a field trip, a class of elementary schoolers visits 826 MSP for an immersive creative writing workshop experience. After the trip, students receive a bound book of their work to keep.

826 MSP offers two kinds of field trips to classes across the Twin Cities-Storytelling & Bookmaking Field Trips for 3rd & 4th grade classes (on Tuesdays), and Poetry Navigators Field Trips for 1st & 2nd grade classes (on Thursdays). Field Trips typically run for 2 or 2.5 hours between 10:30 and 2 p.m. The most common session is 10:30-1:00.

There are several volunteer roles for these field trip experiences, and most are beginner friendly!

Typist: During Storytelling & Bookmaking Field Trips, the Typist transcribes the students' ideas into complete sentences to help them create the beginning of their story. (Students finish the story on their own.) Speedy typers wanted!

Illustrator: Do you like to draw or design? The Illustrator volunteer creates a cover design and one inside illustration for each Storytelling & Bookmaking Field Trip book. Illustrations can be done on paper or digitally.

Captain: The Captain is a creative, imaginative volunteer role. As the Captain, you play the voice of our mysterious leader who calls the students to give them their writing mission. A great opportunity for anyone who loves acting, theater, or making kids laugh. Captain volunteers are needed in both Tuesday and Thursday field trips!

Support: Support volunteers work with students one-on-one or in small groups to help and encourage them during the writing process. Support volunteers are needed in both Tuesday and Thursday field trips!

Volunteers in this role will serve as the first point of contact as guests arrive to the M. In this
role, volunteers will monitor the M during open hours, greet visitors, and create a welcoming
environment by engaging in informal conversation, providing information based on visitors’
expressed interests, and overseeing the space and artworks. 

The M provides parking validation or free rides through Metro Transit for all volunteers. 

Volunteers in this role will serve as the first point of contact as guests arrive to the M. In this
role, volunteers will monitor the M during open hours, greet visitors, and create a welcoming
environment by engaging in informal conversation, providing information based on visitors’
expressed interests, and overseeing the space and artworks. 

Help clients of JFCS Senior Services and other programs as necessary, get to medical and other essential appointments; and for personal shopping through the Garber Transportation Program.

Garber Transportation volunteer drivers get to sign up for rides that work for their schedule and use their own car to pick up clients who need rides to appointments and errands.
