Gentiva Hospice is seeking compassionate individuals to provide friendly visits to our hospice patients in their homes or long-term healthcare facilities. These volunteers provide companionship and support both the patient and their families.
Requirements:
-at least 18 years old
-completion of comprehensive volunteer training and orientation
-submission of a background check and drug screening
-submission of a TB test
