Thank you for your interest in helping volunteer at Spare Key's 2026 Groove Gala! This event would not be possible without the support of our incredible volunteers. Every year, we are more and more inspired by the generosity of each and every one of YOU and your willingness to help families facing a medical crisis “Bounce and Not Break”.
The 2026 Groove Gala will take place on Saturday, April 18th, 2026, at the Renaissance Minneapolis Hotel, The Depot! But we need volunteers throughout the entire weekend!
You will find slots with specific times and details regarding each volunteer shift and what they entail at THIS LINK. If you sign up for any of the “Night of Groove Gala” shifts, you will be notified a few days in advance of which specific section of the Gala you’ll be assisting with (e.g., registration, games, silent auction, etc.).
PLEASE NOTE: Every volunteer shift will include food and beverages! For longer shifts, we will provide full meals.
If you are volunteering on behalf of your company, please comment your company’s name in the designated comment box so we can accurately track your organization’s contribution.
