Volunteers can take in all the excitement of the race while supporting Wishes & More! 6-10 Energetic volunteers needed to help with 50/50 raffle sales starting at 4:30pm on Saturday, July 13th.
The evening would last roughly from 4:30pm - 8:30pm and your responsibility would be to roam throughout the stands, pits, trackside and tailgating areas. Be prepared to walk quite a bit, and to be social and approach people to chat about Wishes & More (WAM)!
In addition to encouraging participation in the raffle and letting people know that the proceeds will go to WAM, please be ready to answer questions about who we are and what we do -- marketing materials will be available. Sales end at the end of the intermission (usually around 8:30pm).
