Our Love Leads Carnival & Art Fair will feature a parade led by Wingspan clients, carnival games, art sales by members and supporters of the disability community, therapy llamas, ice cream from Minnesota Nice Cream and more!
Your presence helps support Wingspan’s programs and the individuals we serve, while creating a vibrant gathering where families, neighbors, and supporters can connect and celebrate together.
Feel free to email Keller Karlstrom at kkarlstrom@wingspanlife.org to sign up for 1 or more 1-1.5 hour shifts in the below positions. If you don't have a preference, we can fill you in where helping hands are needed! Note that positions will have a break during the parade from 11:30 - Noon unless stated otherwise:
- Setup (8:00AM)
- Takedown (2:00PM)
- (4 shifts including parade) Parking Attendants (9:30AM - 2:00PM)
- (3 shifts) Art Attendants (10:00AM - 2:00PM)
- (3 shifts) Axe throwing Game Attendants (10:00AM - 2:00PM)
- (3 shifts) Duck Pond Attendants (10:00AM - 2:00PM)
- (3 shifts) Lollipop Tree Attendants (10:00AM - 2:00PM)
- (3 shifts) Plinko Game Attendants (10:00AM - 2:00PM)
- (4 shifts including parade) Prize Station Attendants (10:00AM - 2:00PM)
