Would you like to be the link that connects animals in need with people who care? Carver Scott Humane Society has Adoption Advocate opportunities working with cats and dogs! This position is the first point of contact for potential adopters and requires strong communication skills and some previous experience with animals. As an Adoption Advocate you will:
- Respond to adoption questionnaires
- Conduct telephone interviews
- Work closely with Adoption Coordinator to determine compatibility
- Meet with potential adopters
- Promote "Adopters Welcome" philosophy
- Process adoptions on electronic database
