The Midtown Global Market, located in South Minneapolis, is a bustling internationally themed market with stalls selling food & crafts from around the world.

The Management on Duty (MOD) serves as the on-site leadership presence at Midtown Global
Market, ensuring a welcoming, safe, and well-organized environment for guests, vendors, and staff.
The MOD acts as the primary point of contact during assigned shifts, supporting daily operations,
guest engagement, and emergency response procedures while representing the Market with
professionalism and care.
Guest Engagement & Hospitality

• Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Serve as an approachable resource for guests and vendors.
• Address questions, concerns, and service needs promptly and professionally.
