A group of tenants that live at Lyngblomsten, just two blocks from the State Fair, is hoping for a group of 8-10 people to come help them get to the State Fair on the morning of August 30th. All of the tenants will be in a wheel chair, have their own money and will be ready to have fun at the Fair! Volunteers receive an admission ticket to the Fair, spend the morning with the group of volunteers and tenants, and then can return to the Fair later if they choose, just remember to get your hand stamped. The volunteer and tenant become Fair Friends for the morning, with the volunteer helping the tenant navigate the Fair and participate in desired activities.
