Over 50 volunteers are needed to bring our most impactful fundraiser of the year to life. By volunteering you not only ensure a meaningful event for guests and participants but also support securing funding for life giving supports such as therapies, wellness activities, accessibility, and community involvement. Help us ensure these critical priorities and more are met by volunteering at the Gala and supporting people with disabilities and the dedicated staff who care for them daily. - Assist event committee with signage, table set up, flowers, auction items
- 20 volunteers needed
4:30p-10:30p Event! I Sign up here
- Assist guests with check-in, games, silent auction, live auction, check-out.
- It’s a fun evening with lively program and entertainment. Volunteers can participate in silent auction and games.
- 30 volunteers needed
9:00p – 11:00p Take Down Crew I Sign up here
- Assist staff with taking down the event – collect and load all items
- Come early for dinner and entertainment 8p-9p (optional)
- Bonus dessert bar exclusively for clean-up crew
- 10 volunteers needed
