Join us for the Fraser Gala, presented by Toy’n around, an unforgettable evening with the theme "A Story from Yellow to Blue: A Journey Inside You." Through this colorful exploration of emotions, the Fraser Gala aims to raise critical funds to support Fraser Rehabilitation Therapy services for children ages 0-5. With a $600,000 program deficit due to the lack of outpatient care funding in Minnesota, we’re committed to ensuring every child can receive early intervention services for the best possible lifelong outcomes.
The evening will include a silent auction, dinner, performances, and opportunities for guests to support Fraser’s work in improving the lives of children and families.
Volunteer Need:
We are seeking a volunteer ASL interpreter to help make this event accessible to all attendees, including those who are deaf or hard of hearing.
Responsibilities:
- Provide American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation during key parts of the event, including:
- Welcome remarks
- Dinner program
Requirements:
- Fluent in American Sign Language (ASL)
- Experience interpreting in large, formal events preferred but not required
- Passion for inclusivity and ensuring all individuals can fully participate in community events
