Purpose
Guest Hosts create a warm, welcoming experience for each Conversations on a Bench
participant from the moment they arrive until they depart. By helping guests feel
comfortable and informed, they allow each conversation to begin and end smoothly.

Responsibilities
• Welcome guests as they arrive for their scheduled conversation.
• Offer beverages and help guests get settled before their interview.
• Briefly explain what to expect during their visit and answer any questions.
• Connect guests with CEO Pam Stegora Axberg when it's time for their conversation.
• Ensure each guest receives their thank-you gift following the interview.
• Share any final instructions before guests depart.
• Help keep the event running on schedule by monitoring guest arrival times.
Shift Times
- Thursday 1:00 - 5:00 p.m.
- Thursday 4:30 - 8:30 p.m.
- Thursday 8:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.
- Friday 5:00 - 8:00 a.m.
- Friday 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
- Friday 12:00 - 4:00 p.m.
