Cabin Assistant - Camp Friendship
Calling all extraordinary humans! True Friends is looking for all stars like you to help provide our campers with positive life changing experiences this summer. Trade classrooms for campfires as you make life-long friends while making a real difference in an electrifying community of campers of all ability levels.
This a week-long, overnight position providing assistance to counseling staff and campers. Cabin Assistants are to arrive to camp at 9 am the first day of their chosen session. Meals and lodging are provided. Volunteers are required to demonstrate significant prior experience working with the community we serve as a prerequisite to securing this position. Volunteers spend the day with their cabin group engaged in an intentional experiential learning program supervised and guided by camp leadership. Through self-directed reflection and developmental supervision, volunteers continue to develop the leadership and personal skills necessary to advance.
