Lake Minnetonka Shores is located 1 block from one of Minnesota's finest "Back to the 50's" drive inns. This activity is a favorite of our residents as they listen to the 50's music having a hamburger & fries.
Volunteers are needed to help assist residents with escorting them in their wheelchairs to the drive inn 1 block from the care center front door. Join our residents in this experience having lunch on us. Enjoy listening to resident's stories of a lifetime.
You will be asked to help serve residents their lunch and bring them back afterwards. The time spent with our residents give you that "feel good" feeling as you help them enjoy one of the simple pleasures of life.
