Mitchell Hamline School of Law is seeking ONLINE volunteer jurors to participate in a mock trial ONLINE on Friday, May 28, 2021.
You do not need any specific training to act as a volunteer juror. Your involvement and feedback are a very important part of our legal education system because you will be helping us train lawyers to better serve their clients' needs.
Jurors choosing to volunteer will be given the Zoom link, passcode and directions on how to join the mock trial online. Your computer must have a camera and audio in order for you to participate.
Each trial requires jurors to deliberate on a verdict, announce the verdict, and offer constructive feedback to the participants. The trial will be begin at 8:30 a.m. Jurors will have a morning and an afternoon break. The day will end around 2:30 p.m. Dress is casual.
After the trial concludes, Jennifer will email you a $25 e-gift card as a thank you.
