GED Math and Reading/Writing Tutors
Help your neighbors prepare for their GED and reach their educational goals! Volunteer as a pre-GED math or reading/writing tutor/co-teacher with the Open Door Learning Center - Minneapolis one day per week 10am-1pm; reading/writing on Mondays and Wednesdays, math on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Volunteers help learners develop skills and confidence in math or reading. You'll gain teaching experience while making a difference in the life of an adult learner. Volunteers are provided with a curriculum to follow and work with learners 1:1 or in small groups.
