Volunteer Project Manager, Capital Campaign Are you a highly organized leader with a knack for keeping projects on track and people aligned? Do you thrive on seeing complex initiatives come to life? Legacy Family Center is seeking a dedicated Volunteer Project Manager to play a pivotal role in our transformational capital campaign.

What You'll Do: ● Lead Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage a detailed campaign project plan, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables for all fundraising and renovation phases. ● Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the Campaign Committee, fundraising sub-committees, and external partners (e.g., architects, contractors, marketing) to ensure seamless collaboration. ● Monitor Progress & Manage Risks:

Track campaign performance against goals, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively develop solutions to keep the project moving forward. ● Facilitate Communication: Ensure clear and consistent communication among all stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress and key decisions. ● Manage Resources: Assist in identifying and coordinating resources (volunteer, financial, in-kind) needed for campaign activities. ● Support Strategic Initiatives: Help translate campaign strategies into actionable project steps and ensure their successful implementation. ●

Champion the Vision: While focused on logistics, you'll also share the inspiring story behind our campaign and help rally support. Who We're Looking For: ● Experienced Project Leaders: Individuals with a proven track record in project management, ideally with experience in capital campaigns, construction, or large-scale community initiatives. ● Skilled Organizers: You're meticulous, detail-oriented, and excel at planning, scheduling, and risk management. ● Exceptional Communicators: Able to clearly articulate plans, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate effective meetings. ● Problem Solvers: You anticipate challenges and proactively seek creative and efficient solutions. ● Collaborative Team Players: Able to work effectively with diverse groups of volunteers, staff, and external partners. ● Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or even advanced Excel) to track progress. ● Deeply Committed:
