FamilyWise Services is looking for (4) volunteers to help carry out a variety of tasks during our premier fundraising event on April, 22nd at Smash Park in Roseville, MN.
This role will assist with managing the registration table along with fundraising opportunities: silent auction bidding and selling raffle tickets. Volunteering will allow for staff to help with other aspects of hosting the event.
Responsibilities:
- Utilizing iPad/laptop to allow attendees to register
- Fill out spreadsheet to check-in pre-registered attendees
- Manage cash/check/digital payments to sell raffle tickets
- Oversee silent auction process and verify bidding process(es) are done correctly
- Answer basic event related questions or know who to ask to get attendee questions answered promptly
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time
