Open Streets NE 2025 is a free, family-friendly street festival taking place on Saturday, August 2, 2025, from 9 AM to 5 PM along Central Avenue NE between 14th Street and Lowry Avenue. Hosted by the Coalition of Northeast Minneapolis Neighborhoods in partnership with the City of Minneapolis,  the event transforms the avenue into a car-free space for walking, biking, art, music, and community connection.
