We are seeking a dedicated and mission-driven individual to join our Board of Directors in a leadership capacity. This is a volunteer position requiring an estimated 5–10 hours per month during slower periods and 10–20 hours per month during peak season (October–December).
In this role, you will serve as a key representative and public ambassador for the organization, advancing our mission to support seniors and adults with disabilities through community engagement across in Anoka and Sherburne county as well as other public organizations.
Primary responsibilities include providing oversight and strategic guidance in the following areas: organizational operations, staff leadership, fundraising initiatives, financial stewardship, and regulatory compliance.
