Mark your calendars! The Environmental Sustainability Committee Neighborhood Clean-Up Day is set for Saturday, September 26, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
We’ll kick things off at 9:00 a.m. at Bassett Creek Playground, located at Chestnut and Thomas.
Supplies, including gloves, pickers, and buckets, will be provided.
From there, we’ll split into teams to walk through our neighborhood, picking up trash and clearing storm drains. We’d also like to clean up the creek area, so if you have rain boots, please wear them!
Stay for an hour or stay for two - every bit of help makes a difference! Everyone is welcome!
Let us know you’re coming by emailing Jillian Lydell, Area 6 and Adopt-A-Drain Rep at jillian.lydell@bmna.org
Come lend a hand, meet your neighbors, and help keep our community looking its best!
Our clean-ups are Park Steward events, the Park Board asks that volunteers sign a waiver once a year. Use this link or sign one at the clean up. MPRB Waiver
