Joseph's Coat is a free store serving those in need within an environment of dignity and respect.
We are seeking help to schedule appointments, over the phone, for both shoppers and donors. We answer calls Monday-Thursday, from 9am-3pm. We are looking for a 2-3 volunteers to work one morning or afternoon each week for a 3-4 hour shift. Join our team and help make a positive impact in our community. Training is provided.
Requirements:
-Ability to answer up to 20 calls per day
-Ability to use computer scheduling software
-Ability to communicate with people of various background
