George Floyd Global Memorial will be hosting our first racial equity conference. This conference will feature multiple keynote speakers, panels, networking opportunities with esteemed leaders, and breakout sessions at Best Buy Headquarters. We will also be serving food.
Volunteer Roles May Consist Of:
- Setting up
- Checking in guests
- Helping serve food
- Session/Workshop room monitors
- Assisting speaker with needs (tech, drinks, setup, etc.)
- Ushering guests
- Cleaning up/Breaking down
When you volunteer for this event, please know that you will be put in any of these positions. If there are any positions you would not like to be in, please specify in your notes. We ask that those who are taking the first shift of each day be willing to help setup and those who come for the later shift be flexible with tear down and clean up. Food and drinks will be provided for all volunteers.
