Join us as a Live Auction Spotter stationed in the ballroom during the live auction segment of the event.
Description: As a Ballroom Attendant and Live Auction Spotter, you'll play an integral role in ensuring all participants are seen, acknowledged, and given the opportunity to bid during the auction. Live Auction Spotter involves actively engaging in the live auction proceedings by assisting in spotting potential bidders within the crowd.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Stationing yourself strategically in the ballroom during the live auction segment of the event.
- Actively spotting and acknowledging potential bidders within the audience.
- Ensuring that every participant interested in bidding is seen and given the chance to participate actively in the auction.
- Collaborating with the auctioneer or designated personnel to assist in identifying bidders and facilitating their involvement in the bidding process.
- Providing assistance, when necessary, to participants who wish to bid, ensuring their bids are properly noted and acknowledged.
Your presence as a Live Auction Spotter in the ballroom is vital in guaranteeing an inclusive and engaging auction experience for all participants.
Shift Times: 7:00pm - 9:00pm
