Description: As a Silent Auction Check-Out Runner, your primary responsibility will involve swiftly retrieving auction items won by guests from the designated collection area and delivering them to the respective winning bidders.
Your duties will include:
- Collaborating closely with the check-out volunteers to determine the auction items won by guests.
- Promptly retrieving the specified auction items from the collection area once identified.
- Delivering the items to the respective winning bidders in a timely and efficient manner.
Your role as a Silent Auction Check-Out Runner is crucial in ensuring a seamless and expedited process for guests to receive their auction items.
Shift Times: 8:00pm - 11:00pm
Shift timings for Silent Auction Check-Out Runners will align with the auction check-out hours during the event.
Where: St. Paul River Centre - 175 Kellogg Blvd, St. Paul, MN 55102
When: Saturday, February 24th, 2024.
