Hopewell Music is planning to have an information table at this year's Community Connections Conference at the Minneapolis Convention Center in downtown Minneapolis. Set up for the conference begins at 7am on Saturday, February 1 and the conference itself goes from 8am-4pm. Volunteers interested in this opportunity will be asked to perform the following duties:
- Set up and tear down information table
- Pass out fliers and brochures about Hopewell Music to conference-goers and passerby
- Maintain a friendly demeanor
- Let passerby know about Hopewell Music's mission and programs
- Report any issues or concerns to Outreach Coordinator
All volunteers will be required to undergo a volunteer background check and go through a volunteer orientation.
