Hopewell Music Cooperative North is once again hosting our annual Holiday Tea in partnership with North United Methodist Church. This event is open to anyone in the Northside community and will feature Hopewell student performances, crafts, games, refreshments, and other fun winter-themed opportunites. We are looking for a volunteer who is comfortable greeting guests at the main door and directing them to the event space. This year's Holiday Tea will take place in the basement of the building in the Social Hall on 12/14 from 2-4:30pm. Volunteers interested in this opportunity will need to undergo a volunteer background screening beforehand and will be asked to complete the following duties:
Answering the doorbell
Greeting Holiday Tea guests at the door
Directing folks coming in for Holiday Tea to Social Hall
Having a positive and welcoming attitude
Monitoring for security risks
Appropriately responding to any security risks, including asking for staff assistance if needed
Reporting any issues to Outreach Coordinator or on site staff person
