Hopewell has been asked to table at the annual Northside Holiday on 44th at Patrick Henry High School again this year. We are looking for 1-2 volunteers to run a table at the event from 6-9pm. Volunteers interested in this opportunity will be required to undergo a volunteer background screening and will be tasked with the following duties:
Set up and tear down information table
Hand out brochures to event guests
Answer questions about Hopewell, its mission, its class and lesson programs, and its community initiatives
Get as many people as possible to sign up to be on the email list
Refer people asking about taking lessons to the lessons email
Hand out pencils and other small cute freebies
Report any issues or concerns to the Outreach Coordinator or on site point person
