Hopewell is hosting our sixth annual Holiday Tea in honor of the winter holidays.This year's Holiday Tea will take place from 2-3pm on Saturday, December 14 and will feature a student recital and a reception afterwards with crafts, games, and other fun winter-related activities. Volunteers interested in this opportunity will be required to undergo a volunteer background screening beforehand and will be asked to complete the following duties:
Set up and tear down information table
Hand out brochures to event guests
Answer questions about Hopewell, its mission, its class and lesson programs, and its community initiatives
Get as many people as possible to sign up to be on the email list
Refer people asking about taking lessons to the lessons email
Hand out pencils and other small cute freebies
Report any issues or concerns to the Outreach Coordinator or on site point person
