Volunteer: Evening Group Activity assistantAll our sites are in need of your help. This position varies from movie night, playing cards, sporting events, birthday celebration, camping or enjoy a walk (outdoors/indoor) with the people we serve to meet there personal goals for the day. If you enjoy interacting with a group activity or in an individual level, this a great opportunity for you. Location: Minneapolis, Robbinsdale, Brooklyn Center, Crystal Qualifications: No special skills needed, training will be provided Ability to plan activities with staff Creative/Self-starter Good communication and LISTENING skills Positive and friendly attitude Valid driver's license and/or have a personal vehicle desired, but not required.

If you enjoy movies, play cards/board games, bowling, cars/motorcycles shows, sports, eating out or just going to the mall. You can volunteer with us and make the difference in the life of the people we serve. Help them redefine new skills, socialize with others in the community and keep the positive spirit. Locations: Minneapolis, Robbinsdale, Brooklyn Center, Crystal. No experience required (training will be provided)
Qualifications: Ability to problem solve, able to plan outings in a monthly/weekly basis and able to adapt to different environments. Opening based on person's specific needs. “Friendly, enthusiastic, positive, outgoing is a must” . Capable of riding in public bus, metro rail and/or medical transportation (Metro mobility); or Valid driver's license and/or have a personal vehicle desired, but not required.
