Responsibilities include:

Greeting guests with a warm and welcoming attitude.Walking throughout the market and being available to answer basic questions.Helping guests locate maps, information, restrooms, entrances and exits, and other important areas.Directing families toward the Kids’ Craft Area and other family-friendly activities.Helping guests discover vendors, food, entertainment, and activities throughout the market.Encouraging visitors to explore the South Village and helping maintain a balanced flow of foot traffic throughout the entire market.Providing general directions and helping guests navigate between different areas of the market.Communicating questions, concerns, or situations that need additional assistance to market staff.Sharing holiday cheer and helping create a friendly, festive atmosphere for everyone!
