Volunteer: Mentoring the Youth
Mentors will get a monthly stipend for mentoring.
Mentors are expected to provide, create, and maintain the ‘four Es’ throughout the mentor/mentee relationship: empowering, encouraging, engaging, and equipping.
The mentor/mentee relationship will be intentionally matched by the needs and/or preferences of the mentee..
Each mentor will be paired with a max of two mentees for four (4) hours of direct engagement each for a total of eight (8) hours monthly.
There will be a number of community building sessions during the year when all the mentors and mentees will gather and build relationships.
The mentor/mentee relationships will be gender specific with a 10-year age difference.

We simply need volunteers to count inventory and report back to us how many diapers we have of each size, how many hygiene kits we have, how many bags of rice, how many boxes of pasta, and so on.
Organizing or the moving of inventory from our shipping container (storage) to our facility indoors. Then organizing the aforementioned items on shelving indoors.
