With this in mind, we are onboarding digital handy people-volunteer-to help support the mission and vision of SCS. The main role is to provide technology support and education to adults aged 60 and older.


Duties and responsibilities:
*Schedule and coordinate service jobs
*Tasks include, but are not limited to device troubleshooting focused on smart phones, PCs, tablets/visual equipment and other technical devices.
*Diagnose access and device needs and discuss options with participants
*Provide expertise on various software applications and programs
*This position involves daytime availability to manage tech "clinics" in Brooklyn Park and Shakopee.

*Spanish speaking is a plus.

This is a seasonal commitment (generally May - November) and volunteers are expected to mow the lawn every 7-10 days (depending upon weather conditions), including basic trimming as needed.
