Volunteer: Part -Time Front Desk ReceptionistAs the Front Desk Receptionist Volunteer, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and community members. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment at our community center while supporting the smooth daily operation of front office activities. We serve 100-150 families per day. At least half of our clients speak Spanish. Primary duties: Checking clients in using Salesforce (Prior knowledge of Salesforce useful but not required. We will show you what to do!)Helping clients scan a QR code to get registeredExplaining basic procedures and rules to new clientsWe are looking for people who can: Speak SpanishProvide friendly, helpful customer service to clients from a wide variety of cultures and backgroundsWork well in a busy environmentSchedule: We're open from 9:30-11:00 AM and 12:30-2:00 PM and are looking for people for Mondays and Wednesdays, which are typically our busiest days.
