Clare Housing is the largest provider of affordable, supportive housing for low-income and homeless people living with and affected by HIV in Minnesota.

Join us for our quarterly Journey Home Program: a free, one-hour awareness raiser to learn how we're using housing to stop new HIV transmissions, and how you can volunteer and support our mission.
