Halloween Boo-tique during Penn Fest at Arc's Value Village Richfield

The BOO-tique will be in full swing starting on Saturday, September 16. During Penn Fest, you can get a fabulous costume – there are lots of options; create one on your own pairing costume items with loads of gently used and new accessories, check out our pre-coordinated costumes that have already been put together or enlist the help of someone in our orange BOO-crew t-shirts. When Halloween is over, be green and treat The Arc by re-donating costume items so someone can use them again next year.
