Journey to Best Of: Utilizing Emotional Intelligence to Lead Change (Age 18+)

During this interactive, high energy session you will follow the path of Curiosity, Insight and Action for better leading self, leading others and leading the organization. You will connect the dots in practical ways for practicing emotional intelligence, leading change and driving strategy.

Curiosity is the impetus for sustaining growth. Curiosity is about refusing the seduction of certainty. It's about looking and listening and discovering and building. Curiosity calls us to STRETCH and leads us to insights which beg for action from all who believe that living is growing.

Sam Smith’s experience in maximizing personal and organizational performance at the intersection of art and science began as a Division I Gymnast over 20 years ago. That was the catalyst for a career devoted to engaging, encouraging and equipping groups and individuals to STRETCH beyond what is known for achieving what is seemingly unimaginable.

Cost: $50 for all-day training *Organizations currently enrolled in the Service Enterprise Initiative who have not completed their 10 hours of consulting may send up to 3 staff members to any of these opportunities as a part of the SEI involvement.
