Who We Are
Rakhma Homes has compassionately cared for those with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias since 1984. Our four memory care homes are located in Minneapolis, St. Paul, Golden Valley and Minnetonka.
Our name, “Rakhma”, an Aramaic word meaning “unconditional love," describes our mission and philosophy in caring for people living with memory loss. Our social model of person-centered care emphasizes a full life experience, with the highest level of respect and dignity, in the least restrictive manner. We provide quality care with a staff-resident ratio of 1:3.5 during the day and 1:5 overnight.
Our approach results in deep understanding of each resident, including awareness and sensitivity to their unique physical, emotional, spiritual and psychological needs. Rakhma is a place where friends gather together, sing together, take walks together, and forgive repeated stories.
What We Do
We provide person-centered care for individuals living with memory loss with the highest level of respect and dignity, in the least restrictive manner.
